While labeled as a convenience store, the proposal includes over 130 parking spots with 83 designated for tractor trailers. It also includes alcohol sales and gambling kiosks.

What doesn't the application include? Respect for our township. It doesn't provide landscaping to soften the view to neighbors. It upends the township's plan to manage development and aims to dodge the requirement that they give back to the community with a park, playground, or other civic space.
